Items ordered will be dispatched from the warehouse in Dubai and delivered within one or two working days in the UAE and within three to four working days in Oman.
Free delivery is applicable only in the UAE for all purchases exceeding US$28 and above.
If you choose to access the website from locations outside the UAE, you are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws apply.
Delivery to Oman is as per the flat rate indicated.
We can ship to virtually any address in the Middle East. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. Courier companies may charge as per volume weight and if there is too much of a difference in amount payable, you will be informed of same by email.

In addition to shipping charges, you the customer has to bear all custom duties, taxes and levies that may apply in your country.
Delivery occurs when the items are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of items purchased does not pass to you until payment is received by us in full. You will asked to sign for acceptance of the goods which constitutes that the goods you have received is correct and has been received in good condition.
If you are not at the delivery address, we will assume that any adults that are present home are authorized by you to take delivery of the goods that you have ordered. However we will not leave the goods with anyone under the age of 21. If there is no one at the delivery address, or only people under the age of 21, we will not leave the goods at the delivery address. We will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
Please note that our delivery people will only deliver the goods to your front door. We do not deliver to hotels if the receivers name can not be confirmed by the hotel. No deliveries will be done to meeting points.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services online at firstname.lastname@example.org Please note that once we have dispatched items to you, you will not be able to cancel the order.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods you have purchased, you may write to us at email@example.com and we will assess your request for a replacement product. The item along with its original packaging has to be returned to us in good condition at your cost.
Where we agree that the goods can be returned, we will issue you a credit note that will be valid for use for six months from the date of issue.
We will reimburse any reasonable costs you incur in returning the following items to us:
- Items we delivered to you in error; items which were damaged upon delivery or are defective or incorrect;
Until you return such items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them.
